0.05ItA shall be used.
However, on request of the manufacturer, a separate set of tests with samples prepared with a manufacturer-defined cutoff current can be conducted for reference purposes. The upper limit charging voltage of cell shall not be exceeded while charging with the manufacturer-defined cutoff current.
应使用 0.05ItA。

Explanatory notes 解释性说明
The charging cutoff current carries an implication on the state-of-charge of the samples and the probability of test compliance.
Therefore the value defined in the standard, 0.05ItA, shall be strictly followed. On the other hand, considering that cell manufacturers design their products with a possibly different charging cutoff current to reflect intended usage conditions, it is allowable to conduct a separate set of tests with that charging cutoff current in addition to 0.05ItA.
Testing with this different charging cutoff current is for reference purpose only. In accordance with Clause 7.1.2, the upper limit charging voltage of the cell shall not be exceeded, regardless of the value of charging cutoff current.
